The short version: we collect only what we need to seat you and welcome you back, and we never sell it. Effective July 16, 2026.
What we collect
When you reserve or subscribe we collect your name, email, phone number and party details — nothing more. No advertising trackers and no third-party data brokers run on this site.
How we use it
To confirm and remember your reservation and, only if you opt in, to send occasional news from the restaurant. We never sell or rent your personal information.
First-party analytics
We count page views and completed reservations on our own server to understand what's working. These are anonymous aggregates that never leave our infrastructure.
How we protect it
Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Passwords, where accounts exist, are stored only as salted PBKDF2 hashes.
Your choices
Ask us to remove your details anytime by emailing hola@ballenacabo.com and we will do so within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax reasons.
