Plain-language terms for using this site and our reservations. Effective July 16, 2026.
Reservations
A reservation holds your table for 15 minutes past the booked time. Large parties may require a deposit applied to your bill. Please cancel or move a booking at least 24 hours ahead so we can offer the table to another guest.
The room
Ballena welcomes everyone. We reserve the right to refuse service for behavior that endangers our staff or guests.
Gift cards
Gift cards never expire and are redeemable for dining and events. Balances remain on the card if a visit costs less.
Acceptable use
Please don't attempt to access other guests' data or disrupt the reservation system.
